Woman accused of relieving herself in restaurant parking lot

BUTLER TWP., Montgomery County — A Dayton woman was arrested after a Butler Twp. police officer spotted the woman allegedly urinating and going to the bathroom in the parking lot of a restaurant on North Dixie Drive early Monday morning, according to records.

Thomcria Sims, 40, was charged with public indecency and booked into the Montgomery County Jail following the incident at Wings Sports Bar & Grille in the 7900 block of North Dixie shortly after midnight, records show.

“I pulled next to the female and saw that she had her shorts pulled down to her knees, exposing her entire lower half,” a police report read.  “I saw that she was actively defecating while in the lot, in full view of the road and the general public.”

Police said Sims smelled of alcohol and her balance was reportedly “wobbly.”

Sims faces misdemeanor charges of public indecency and disorderly conduct, records show.
