SUGARCREEK TWP., Greene County — Sugarcreek Twp. trustees approved a plan Monday night that will clear the way for 129 new homesites to be built near existing apartments in the township.
The 2-1 vote allows for a 12.79 acre plot of land near the intersection of Clyo Road and Center Point Drive to be rezoned for the development. About 3.45 acres of the land will be left as green space, which will include a park and pond.
