2 transported to hospital after Darke County crash

Two people were injured Friday night after a crash at the intersection of Red River West Grove and Delisle Fourmans roads, according to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.

A 2007 Mercury Mariner, driven by Pamela Snyder, 66, of Ansonia was traveling north on Red River West Grove Road around 10:15 p.m. when her vehicle entered the path of a 2007 GMC truck, driven by Roland Fox, 43, of Laura that was traveling east.

Snyder was taken to Miami Valley Hospital by Arcanum Rescue and Fox was taken to Wayne Hospital by Greenville Twp. Rescue. Their conditions are unknown at this time.

Darke County deputies along with Arcanum Rescue, Greenville Twp. Rescue, Pitsburg Fire Department and Arcanum Fire Department all responded to the crash that remains under investigation.
