Tornado siren testing to take place in Montgomery County following delay

MONTGOMERY COUNTY — The Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center, Englewood and Centerville will be testing tornado sirens Monday, following a week delay.

The sirens are scheduled to test at noon.

The rescheduled time in Centerville was “because of the devastating tornadoes that impacted the Miami Valley the week before.”

Montgomery County Regional Dispatch will trigger the sirens for the jurisdictions they dispatch emergency services for, aside from Dayton, which doesn’t have sirens.
