Time Warner Cable's technical issues affecting WHIO's signal for Time Warner customers has been resolved.
Service was restored by 2:30 p.m., according to the cable service provider.

Time Warner Cable is experiencing technical issues, which are affecting WHIO's signal for Time Warner customers.
Time Warner tells us they are working to restore the outage now.
The outages were first reported around 1 a.m.
We will provide an update as soon as we are back up on Time Warner.
