Teen remains hospitalized after deadly crash on I-675 in Centerville

CENTERVILLE — A teenage girl remains in the hospital after a crash that killed one person in Centerville over the weekend

Officers were called to the crash on I-675 around 3:40 a.m. on Sunday, according to Centerville Police.

A 29-year-old man was killed in the crash, Officer John Davis said. His identity has not been released pending notification of next of kin.

A 17-year-old girl remains in the hospital with critical injuries.

Four others inside the car were taken to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. They were all treated and released, according to Davis.

I-675 southbound was closed down for several hours due to the crash but reopened around 9:20 a.m.

The crash remains under investigation.
