UPDATE: One taken to hospital after multi-vehicle crash in Dayton

DAYTON — Police and medics responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash that sent at least one person to the hospital late Thursday night.

Crews were called to the cross of Riverside Drive and East Siebenthaler on the report of a crash just after 11:00 p.m. according to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch.

Dispatchers tell us at least one person was taken to Miami Valley Hospital for their injuries.

The intersection was shut down as crews investigate the area.

Video from the scene shows one car has serious damage to its roof.

Further details have not been made available at this time.
