I-Team: Loophole keeps those convicted of strangulation from jail

Some say that Ohio is too soft when it comes to one kind of domestic violence—strangulation. In fact, there’s a loophole that sometimes keeps those convicted of strangling a loved one from going to jail.

One victim opens up to the I-Team’s Cheryl McHenry about her experience. We will also speak to those opposed to the bill designed to close the loophole. Tune in on Tuesday, Nov. 12 beginning at 5 p.m. on News Center 7.
