Richmond Community Schools said in a social media post that they are closed today due to flooded roads and the Level 3 Travel Warning in Wayne County.
Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana, said its college campus is closed today due to the flood emergency. Only essential employees should report to campus.
Randolph Southern is closed in Randolph County today due to the flash flooding.
