RTA rolling out new mobile-friendly website

DAYTON — The Greater Dayton RTA is gearing up to launch a new mobile-friendly website for its customers.

RTA officials said the new website, www.iriderta.org, will enhance its customer experience. It is complaint with American with Disabilities Act standards and integrates RTA’s real-time scheduling and trip-planning.

RTA completed a customer survey in 2021 where they asked users what they wanted in a new website. Some of the most frequent answers included that the new site needed to be easy to navigate, plan trips and find vital information like bus times and fare payment.

“We really took that feedback and built a website that puts all the important information right up front for the customer,” said Jessica Olson, communications manager for the RTA, said in a release.
