DAYTON — A man armed with a knife held up a Dayton Circle K location Wednesday afternoon, according to police.

Officers responded to the business at 816 Watervliet Avenue around 12:10 p.m. after the robbery was reported.

Police said the man entered the store, displayed a knife to the clerk and took cigarettes and cash.
A K9 officer was requested to attempt to track the man, but was unsuccessful.
No injuries were reported and additional details were not available.
