The man arrested after a brief pursuit Tuesday has been identified as Michael T. Fisher, 28, address unknown. He was being held in the Warren County Jail on Wednesday evening.
He is charged with three counts of felonious assault, weapons under disability, resisting arrest and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

A man wanted in connection to a shooting was arrested after a pursuit ended in Franklin Tuesday afternoon.

Deputies and medics were initially dispatched on reports of a person passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot of the PJ Foodmart in the 6900 block of Dixie Highway around noon.

When medics arrived on scene, the driver, only identified as a male, woke up and attempted to take off from the scene, according to deputies. Deputies began a pursuit but later terminated their chase.
Franklin police continued the pursuit until it ended in a crash near the intersection of Forest Avenue and Cedar Street in Franklin where the suspect was arrested.
The man is wanted in connection to a shooting, but deputies on scene did not know specifics about the shooting incident.

FIRST REPORT
One person is reportedly in custody following a police pursuit that ended in Franklin Tuesday.
The incident began around noon with deputies responding to the PJ Foodmart in the 6900 block of Dixie Highway, south of Franklin on initial reports of a person with a medical emergency, according to dispatchers with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
When deputies arrived at the business, the vehicle took off from the scene, dispatchers said. Deputies pursued the vehicle until Franklin police took over the pursuit.
The pursuit ended in a crash near the intersection of Forest Avenue and Cedar Street, according to initial reports.
It was not known why the driver took off from the scene.
