An Air Quality Alert has been issued for parts of the Miami Valley, and those who have to work outside are feeling the impact.
Even though people are being advised to stay inside, 3n1 Tree Service don’t have that option.
Crew leader Eric Iddings said he noticed the quality of the air when going to his first stop Wednesday.
“Really just the fogginess, you take a look at the sun and the sun is blocked out,” Iddings said.

That fogginess is unhealthy air that can impact those who breathe it in for prolonged hours, according to the Regional Air Pollution Control Agency.
Doctor Roberto Colon, Chief Medical Officer for Premier Health, said the air is more harmful for those with underlying conditions.
Iddings said he is well aware of this, which is why he always has water on standby.
“Hydration is a big thing you definitely don’t want to get heatstroke out here,” Iddings said.
He also tells his crew to take breaks when needed.
“We don’t want to overwork anybody and don’t want to put anybody in danger, you know, health is wealth,” he said.
He said even with the poor air his workers have been doing ok and plan to keep working throughout the week.
