Police surround Dayton home after responding to shots fired call

DAYTON — UPDATE: 10:20 PM

News Center 7 crew on scene reported seeing multiple people being loaded into a police vehicle.

INITIAL REPORT:

Police are surrounding a home in Dayton Monday night.

Montgomery County Regional Dispatch says that crews are responding to a house in the 4000 block of Larkspur Dr.

Dispatch says crews were initially called to respond after receiving reports of shots being fired. Upon arrival, officers saw the suspect run into a home in the area.
