Police searching for 3 women out of Wayne County who resisted arrest and took children with them

WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA — The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office is searching for three women who have ignored court orders and are accused of trying to withhold children from their fathers.

Investigators say Heather Frost eluded law enforcement and hid her children with the help of her mother, Nancy Frost, and her sister, Abbey Frost.

“As a result, warrants were issued for the mother daughter trio,” the sheriff’s office said.

“Since these warrants have been issued, the Frost family has avoided arrest and refused to cooperate with this investigation.”

Two of the three children are reportedly being kept from their father, deputies say.

The Wayne County Court has issued an arrest warrant for Heather Frost for interfering with custody which is a level 6 Felony.

An arrest warrant has also been issued for Nancy Frost and Abbey Frost for interfering with custody, a level 5 Felony.

The sheriff’s office is asking that you contact them if you know anything about the family’s whereabouts.
