Part of Miamisburg under boil advisory following water main break

MIAMISBURG — Part of Miamisburg is under a boil advisory following a water main break Friday afternoon.

People living in the areas of Mary Francis Court, Almedia Court, and N. Heincke Road from Lindsey Avenue to Mary Francis Court have had water services restored but are under a boil advisory, the city said on its website.

They anticipate the advisory being lifted sometime on Sunday.

Those under a boil advisory have been notified in person or by doorhanger and will also receive a door hanger when the advisory is lifted, the city posted on social media.

The water main break happened Friday afternoon around 3:15 p.m. on N. Heincke Road near Kroger.
