HAMILTON — Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost’s office has joined an investigation into Butler County Auditor Roger Reynolds.
Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones said in a press release that his office has been investigating county auditor Roger Reynolds since late August for allegations of misconduct. The allegations involved property owned by his father Randall Reynolds.
During the course of the investigation, the sheriff’s office reached out the Ohio Attorney Dave Yost, which caused Yost’s office to assign investigators from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) to the case in Butler County.
