New Clark County Municipal Court judge announced

Governor John R. Kasich announced the appointment of Stephen A. Schumaker of Springfield to serve as a judge on the Clark County Municipal Court, according to a release.

Schumaker will take office on Dec. 28 for the term that will end Jan. 1, 2022.

He is replacing Judge Eugene S. Nevius, who resigned, read the release.

Schumaker is currently the Deputy Attorney General for Law Enforcement for the Office of the Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine.
