Motorcyclist in critical condition after crash in Riverside

RIVERSIDE — A person is in critical condition after a motorcycle crash in Riverside Tuesday.

Around 7:30 p.m. Riverside police and medics were called to the 5500 block of Marblehead Drive to reports of a motorcycle accident.

An initial investigation found that the motorcyclist crashed into a parked car that was unoccupied, according to a spokesperson for Riverside police.

The driver was taken to the hospital and is said to be in critical, but stable condition Wednesday, the spokesperson said.

Information about what caused the motorcyclist to crash into the car or what injuries they sustained was not immediately available.
