The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office confirmed this afternoon that 82-year-old Kenneth Kemper has safely returned home.

An endangered missing adult alert is active for a local man who did not show up for his doctor’s appointment this morning.
The state is asking everyone to be on the lookout for a red 2000 Dodge Caravan with the license plate DMU5278.
Kenneth Kemper, 82, left his house at 8 a.m. for a doctor’s appointment in Centerville but did not arrive, according to the alert. He is diabetic and suffers from memories issues.
He was last seen wearing a blue fleece shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes on Atchison Road in Dayton.
Anyone who spots the vehicle is asked to call 911.
