1 killed, 2 injured in crash in German Twp. near Butler County line

Serious injuries were reported in a crash tonight near the Butler County border.

UPDATE @ 10:45 p.m.

A man was killed tonight in a two-vehicle crash that also injured a man and woman near the Butler County border.

The man killed in the crash, who was not identified, was pronounced dead at the scene on Germantown Road near Eby Road in German Twp.

The names and conditions of the man and woman also injured were not released. Both were taken to area hospitals.

UPDATE @ 10:20 p.m.

One person was killed tonight and a second person was flown to Miami Valley Hospital in a two-vehicle crash near the Butler County border.

The crash was reported at 8:10 p.m. on Germantown Road, which will remain shut down at Eby Road in German Twp. for the next few hours, according to German Twp. police.

Serious injuries were reported in a crash tonight near the Butler County border.

Two CareFlight medical helicopters are on the ground at Germantown Road in the area of Eby Road in German Twp.

The crash was reported at 8:10 p.m. by a caller who said it involved two vehicles. 

There are at least two patients, but possibly three people were reported trapped in the wreckage.

The crash initially was reported as being near the Land of Illusion haunted attraction in Madison Twp. in Butler County, but crews who responded determined the crash happened in Montgomery County.
