MONTGOMERY — A 27-year-old man has been sentenced to prison for an incident involving an elderly resident at their home.

On July 2, a Montgomery County Grand Jury indicted Marcell Wallace on charges of burglary and public indecency, as previously covered.
Detectives interviewed Wallace on October 28, and he was arrested following the interview, according to Montgomery County social media.
Wallace has pleaded guilty to Burglary and is receiving a mandatory prison term of four to six years, officials said.
