Mahle-Behr in Dayton to hire at least 100 workers at hiring event

Mahle-Behr is looking to hire new workers.

The goal of the hiring event is to hire at least 100 production workers on the spot to fill roles in the Dayton facility, which currently employs 1,600 workers, according to a release.

The starting hourly pay for unskilled workers is $13.60 an hour and tops out at $17 an hour. The skilled trade jobs at the plant now start at $23.70 an hour and top out at $31 an hour.

Positions include a variety of benefits including paid time off, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and a 401(k) program.
