ENGLEWOOD — Today, the Kroger on Union Boulevard in Englewood will be holding a grand re-opening.
According to a press release, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 8:00 a.m. Friday, January 21.
The first 300 customers at 7:00 a.m. will receive a $10 Kroger gift card.
The Northmont High School Band will be performing a few musical selections. The release went on to say they will receive a $1,000 Kroger gift card to support band expenses.

Englewood’s Mayor and other officials will also be in attendance at the re-grand opening of the store.
“We want to thank our customers for being patient with us through this transition. My team and I are excited about the updates and the fresh look of our store. We think the Englewood community is going to love what we have done, and our customers are going to be proud to call the Englewood Marketplace ‘My Kroger store,’” said Store Manager Meaghen Sorrell.

The remodel cost $2.5 million and includes expanded frozen food and produce departments, new deli service offerings, a redesigned pharmacy counter.
