Kroger to hold holiday hiring event today

MIAMI VALLEY — Kroger will be hiring 20,000 associates nationwide this week.

The Cincinnati based grocery store will be holding a hybrid hiring event today.

Starting at 2 p.m., applicants may participate in virtual or on-site interviews until 5 p.m.

In a press release, the company says it plans to hire an estimated 2,000 positions in the Cincinnati, Dayton Divisions.

They are looking to fill positions in e-commerce, manufacturing, supply chain, merchandising, logistics, corporate, retail and pharmacy, and healthcare roles.

“Kroger is eager to welcome new associates to our organization as we prepare for an incredible holiday season where customers are planning to return to larger family gatherings and celebrations,” said Jenifer Moore, division spokeswoman.
