MASON — Following announcing that the park would be limiting its hours, Kings Island will be raising hourly wages for select positions in an attempt to fill 900 seasonal positions.
Park officials announced Friday that food and beverage, lifeguards and security staff members would now make $18 an hour. This pay increase came after it was announced all other seasonal and part-time positions would make $15 an hour.

In a press release, the park announced a new bonus program that would allow eligible associates to earn up to a $3,000 bonus. The park did not disclose details about the program.
Park officials announced this week that park hours would be reduced as the availability of labor “continues to be a challenge.”
