KETTERING — Kettering police are asking the public to review their home security cameras after someone shot into a home in the city last week.
Police are asking residents in the area of Bingham Avenue and North Aragon and that general area to review their footage following the June 1 shooting.

Someone shot into a house in the area around 10:19 p.m. that day into the bedroom of a 19-year-old woman
No one was hurt.
The shooter’s vehicle drove north on East Aragon and west onto North Aragon.
The woman who lives at the house that was hit spoke to News Center 7′s Sean Cudahy.
She is relieved that her son’s girlfriend or any of her kids were not hit by the bullets.
“She could have been in her bedroom …if she would have been in her room standing there she would have been hit,” she said.
Kettering police told News Center 7 that this appears to be a crime that was “targeted due to suspected criminal activity within the house.”
