As News Center 7 previously reported, in December a judge ordered a psychologist to evaluate Johnathon Brown for a second time.
Brown has pleaded not guilty because of insanity.
In August, Butler Township crews received a tip that a missing juvenile may be at one of the hotels in the area, according to a release from the Butler Township Police Department.

The missing juvenile was believed to be accompanied by Brown.
Shortly after, crews located a pickup truck Brown was believed to be driving at the Quality Inn located at 7125 Miller Lane.
Prosecutors said he tried to hurt a Springboro officer with the stolen truck he was driving during the chase that followed.
That chase reached speeds of 100 miles an hour on I-75 in Warren County.
Then it moved to surface streets and eventually ended in Miamisburg.
That’s where cell phone video showed Brown crashing into a moving train.
That led to an hours-long SWAT stand-off before police arrested Brown.
He is due next in court on Feb. 6.
