Jefferson Twp. man charged with murder for shooting outside Napoleon’s Reloaded

JEFFERSON TWP., Montgomery County — Prosecutors have charged a Jefferson Twp. man with murder and felonious assault in the shooting outside Napoleon’s Reloaded on Germantown Pike, according to court records.

Gregory Bush Jr. pleaded not guilty to six charges filed against him during the weekend in Montgomery County Municipal Court.

Deputies arrested Bush, 39, Friday afternoon at his home on Vanguard Avenue.

Deputies responded to Napoleon’s Reloaded around midnight Friday, where they found Lavar Bagley, 43, of Trotwood, shot in the neck.

Bagley died at the scene.

A second person was taken from the shooting to Grandview Medical Center with injuries not considered to be life threatening.
