UPDATE @ 1:25 a.m.: National Weather Service investigators on Wednesday will survey damage in northern Greene and southeastern Clark counties, looking to confirm reports of a tornado touchdown on Tuesday afternoon.
A Flood Warning is in effect until 7:00 a.m. Wednesday for eastern Butler, Clark, Greene, Warren, northwest Clinton and until 6:45 a.m. for western Champaign, Darke, western Logan, Miami, Montgomery, eastern Preble, and Shelby counties.
A Flash Flood Watch is in effect until 2 a.m. Wednesday for Butler, Clark, Clinton, Greene, Montgomery, Preble, Warren, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby counties.
