Erik Estrada, the star of 1980s TV series "CHiPs," rolled into Butler County Wednesday to promote child safety.
Estrada visited Crestview Presbyterian Church in West Chester Township to show "Finding Faith," his full-length, family-friendly and faith-based narrative motion picture that highlights the all-too-real danger of Internet predators and sex traffickers preying on teens.
Estrada, who has screened the film to theaters churches and community centers nationwide, said it was made to wake parents, educators and concerned citizens to how children are being targeted online.The film was inspired by a compilation of actual cases investigated by Sheriff Mike Brown of Bedford County, Virginia.
