The Dayton Police Department said Thursday afternoon that Earstin Lee Allen has been located and is safe.

A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Dayton man.

Earstin Lee Allen, 68, was last seen walking away from his residence on Cornell Ridge Drive in Dayton on Tuesday morning and has not returned, according to Dayton police.
The police department says Allen has Alzheimer’s and takes blood pressure medication. He had his wallet on him, and his cell phone was left at home.
Allen is listed as 6′2″ tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
He has a slender build, a shaved head, a goatee, and a scar on his right arm from the wrist up to the elbow.
