DAYTON — The City of Dayton announced the latest Dayton Recovery Plan funds investment following City Commission’s approval on April 26.

500 structures slated for demolition will be checked for asbestos as part of the funding.

The release says the asbestos surveys are an important step in the demolition process.

“It is important to note that we must take a specific series of steps in the demolition process and that starts with the asbestos survey. The decision to select a property for demolition takes time and considers many factors,” said Dayton Deputy Director of Planning, Neighborhoods, & Development Steve Gondol.

Turn-Key has been certified as an Ohio Small Business Enterprise and Women’s Business Enterprise since 2017. The business is also a local Dayton small business with offices, located at the Hub in the Dayton Arcade.
