Dayton-area McDonald’s looking to hire hundreds of new employees

DAYTON — McDonald’s is looking to hire more than 350 crew members in the Dayton-area and 6,000 new employees in the region.

According to a spokesperson for McDonald’s, the company offers on-the-job training, schedule flexibility, a fun work environment and benefits available to suit the needs of any candidate.

This year, participating local McDonald’s restaurants are also announcing a new perk that allows restaurant employees to access discounted McDonald’s food at any participating McDonald’s in the country at anytime, the spokesperson said.
