Just before 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jefferson Township crews were alerted of a crash near the intersection of Farmersville West Carrollton Road and Germantown Pike, according to Montgomery County regional dispatch.

The crash involved a sedan and pickup truck that were traveling northbound on State Route 4, Capt. Andy Flagg with Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said.

Flagg said the sedan rear-ended the pickup truck, picking it up off the ground, and the two cars traveled together for a short time.

The two cars separated and the sedan spun out, hit a pole and landed on its side, Flagg said.

The driver of the pickup driver did not sustain any injuries, Flagg said.
