In Greene County, 957 people were tested and nine were positive from the Xenia pop-up testing site on June 24.

In Montgomery County, 1,321 people were tested on June 25. In those tests 53 people were positive.

“Five Rivers Health Centers was happy to partner with the Governor’s COVID-19 Minority Health Strike Force and the Ohio National Guard to provide this free testing to more than 2,000 of our neighbors in Montgomery and Greene counties. It was an honor for us to serve so many residents in a very short period of time,” said Gina McFarlane-El, CEO of Five Rivers Health Centers. “We hope to have more testing opportunities available in the future to help prevent the spread of COIVD19.”

People who were positive have received phone calls and instructions on self quarantine. People with negative tests were mailed a letter with their results.
