Coronavirus: Square One Salon and Spa announces temporary closure

Square One Salon and Spa announced its decision to temporarily close all six locations beginning Tuesday.

“With the recommendations for social distancing at this time due to COVID-19, it is with a heavy heart that we feel it is our responsibility to ensure the health and safety of our Square One family, both our team and our guests, to close our six locations beginning Tuesday, March 17, with hopes to reopen on Tuesday, March 31,” read a post from the salon’s Facebook page.

Salons and spas have not been ordered to adjust hours or close.

Governor Mike DeWine issued that all restaurants must shut down their dining rooms and many stores are adjusting their hours.

Other places are choosing to close their doors such as the Dayton Metro Library.

The salon will reschedule appointments with patrons.

“We thank you all for being a part of the Square One family. We wish you and your loved ones well through this challenging time,” according to the company in their post.
