KETTERING — The City of Kettering has announced its leaf collection schedule for this spring.
Leaf collections will begin the week of April 17, according to a release from the city.

The cleanup will be a single pass through all eleven districts, and residents are urged to follow the guidelines and have their leaves ready on time.
Residents have their leaves raked and placed by the curb before crews arrive. The city asks that residents remember not to mix sticks and limbs with the leaves.
If leaf collection crews come around your neighborhood and you still have some leaves you need to get rid of, the city says you’re not out of luck.
Either put them in your Rumpke can for recollection on your normal pickup day or take them to the Yard Debris Center at 1840 Woodman Center Drive.
The city has provided a map detailing where eleven zones have been created. Check it out here.
