BROOKVILLE — A local city got public input for some of its plans.

News Center 7 was there when City of Brookville leaders gave a presentation on their comprehensive land use plan.
The city said on social media it wanted to talk with the community to see where they want to see the city go in the next several years.

James Zimmerlin, Brookville Vice Mayor, told News Center 7 that their biggest concerns were commercial and residential growth.
“I think a lot of residents are wanting reassurance that, you know, we’re going to protect the small-town charm of Brookville, which we 100 percent hope that’s the goal of getting that feedback,” he said.
The city plans to hold another community input event in April.
