Bank robbery suspect sought by Huber Heights police

UPDATE @ 10:55 a.m. (Jan. 10):

Huber Heights police released a photo of a man who they said robbed a Key Bank branch Monday at gunpoint.

The suspect is described as a white man, between five-foot 10-inches and six-foot tall, weighing between 200 and 225 pounds, Huber Heights police Sgt. Charles Taylor said in a media release Wednesday.

The suspect was wearing a red hat and red coat during the robbery, investigators said.

Earlier, investigators said the suspect displayed a handgun and demanded cash before fleeing the branch at 5001 Chambersburg Road Monday afternoon.

The suspect demanded money, then fled the branch at 5001 Chambersburg Road about 5 p.m. Monday, according to Sgt. Dorian Ringer.
