UPDATE: Virginia man killed, 2 others seriously injured after crash in Xenia Twp.

XENIA TOWNSHIP — One person is dead and two others are injured after a two-car rollover crash in Xenia Township Tuesday evening.

Around 6:30 p.m. crews were called to US-68 at Brush Row Road to reports of a two-car rollover crash.

An initial investigation found that a Honda CRV was making a right turn onto US-68 from Brush Row Road when it was struck by a Chevrolet Blazer going northbound.

After being hit, the CRV went off the right side of the roadway, reentered the roadway and struck the Blazer again before coming to a stop.

The Blazer came to rest on its side after hitting the CRV a second time.

The driver of the CRV, James Dominy, 71, and his passenger, Margaret Dominy, 66, of Chesterfield, Virginia and the driver of the Blazer, Carl Lindsley, 24, of Beavercreek were all taken by ambulance to Miami Valley Hospital with serious injuries.

James died from his injuries at the hospital.

Crews on the scene said alcohol and speed are suspected to be a factor.

The crash remains under investigation and no charges have been filed at this time, according to OSP.
