HUBER HEIGHTS — The YMCA of Greater Dayton has announced its plans to expand the Huber Heights branch, according to YMCA of Greater Dayton President and CEO Dale Brunner.

The $2.7 million expansion will add 12,000 square feet to the branch, which is located at 9251 Shull Road.

The new space will house a “state-of-the-art” gymnasium, a fitness room, and a multipurpose room.
“We are committed to enhancing the services and amenities we offer to our members and the Huber Heights community,” Brunner said.
Construction is scheduled to start in March 2025 and last until October 2025.
During construction, members will be able to access all of the current facilities.
“This expansion reflects our ongoing dedication to strengthening community, health and wellness,” Brunner said.
