WARREN COUNTY — A man is dead after a crash on State Route 48 in Warren County Monday afternoon.
Crews were called to a single car crash on State Route 48 near State Route 73 around 12:40 p.m.
An investigation by Ohio State Highway Patrol found that Dario Tompkins, 66, of Cleveland Heights, Ohio was traveling south on SR-48 when he traveled off the right side of the roadway hitting a driveway culvert, causing his car to overturn.

Tompkins was taken to Atrium Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Tompkins was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, according to a release.
The crash remains under investigation.
