A new Kroger is coming soon to The Cornerstone of Centerville.
Oberer Realty Services, Ltd. announced this morning that Kroger, Cornerstone Developers, Ltd. and Oberer affiliates successfully closed Thursday on the sale of 15 acres at The Cornerstone of Centerville.
The city of Centerville has approved plans and issued permits for the 117,000-square-foot Kroger store and gas kiosk to be constructed on Feedwire Road between the development’s other anchors, Costco, which is already open, and Cabela’s, which will be opening April 7.
Kroger plans to begin construction as soon as the weather permits, with completion and opening scheduled for late fourth quarter of this year.
