XENIA, Ohio — Officials with the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department said it will resume water disconnections and applying penalties on delinquent balances for water and sewer billing accounts.
They said the disconnections will begin on October 1, 2020 and that the notices are scheduled to go in effect with October 2020 bills. Customers are encouraged to pay their account balances through September 30th to avoid late payment penalties or service disconnections.

The department said customers who are experiencing financial hardships as a result of COVID-19 can -contact the billing office at 937-562-7457 to learn about potential payments options.
