An electrical shortage started a fire that damaged the Tri-State Steam Cleaning Service, 3570 Intercity Drive, in Riverside.
The fire started in a faulty electrical outlet in a rear shop room of the business, according to a Riverside fire official.
Fire damage was minimal, but the building sustained significant damage from smoke, the official said.
No one was injured in the incident.

Firefighters responded to the call around 9:49 a.m.
