The Brownstones at 2nd — downtown Dayton’s newest residential development — will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4 p.m. today.
Mayor Nan Whaley and developer Charles Simms will be present.
Located at 520 E. Second Street near the 2nd Street Public Market, the Brownstones at 2nd features 24 three-story townhome condominiums, each with two bedrooms and a two-car garage, according to a release.
Fourteen townhomes are already sold.
