A new Dollar Tree location is planned for Washington Park Plaza, according to Oberer Realty Services.
Oberer announced Friday it has finalized a deal with Dollar Tree Stores for a near-10,000 square foot location in Washington Park Plaza on Lyons Road.
Dollar Tree signed a 10-year lease for the space, which should be open this summer.
The lease with Dollar Tree is one of several Washington Park Plaza has gained in the last 18 months. Others include leases with Goldfish Swim School opening next week.
“The activity we’ve experienced at Washington Park Plaza speaks to both the improved retail economy and the strength of the center’s accessibility from SR 725 and I-675 and proximity to the SR 725 retail corridor,” said Danielle Kuehnle of Oberer Realty Services.
