Olivia Bailey, 24, Chelsey Pollock, 28, and Cheyenne Webb, 19, all of Dayton, were indicted Tuesday by a Montgomery County grand jury on felony escape charges.

Pollock and Webb are currently in Montgomery County Jail, records show. An arrest warrant was issued for Bailey, who still remains on the loose.

The three women are accused of fleeing on Feb. 23 from the Secure Transitional Offender Program facility at 1901 S. Gettysburg Ave. in Dayton.

Many of the men and women in the STOP program have already failed lighter sentences involving treatment, and a judge decided they needed intensive intervention in a locked-down setting managed by the county.

According to jail records, Webb was caught early Feb. 25 at her home in the 100 block of South Woodward in Dayton, and Pollock was apprehended Feb. 27 in the 1500 block of Wayne Avenue in Dayton.

Pollock and Webb will appear in front a judge in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

We will update this story with any new details that emerge from today’s arraignment.
