Three of six people arrested following raids in December at two Kettering homes were indicted on numerous drug charges.
Arrest warrants were issued Friday for Eric T. Frazier, 42; Patricia Patterson, 35; and Shelley Smith, 46. None of them are in custody.

The charges levied Friday by a Montgomery County grand jury stem from a Dec. 2, 2016, drug bust at a Judith Drive home by the Kettering Police Departments and seven other police departments of the Tactical Crime Suppression Unit. Police in December said they seized various illegal drugs, paraphernalia and equipment from the houses on Judith Drive and Telford Avenue in Kettering.

Frazier is charged with aggravated possession of drugs; trafficking in heroin; trafficking in drugs; possession of heroin; and three counts of misdemeanor endangering children and a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia offense.
Patricia Patterson, 35, is charged with two counts of aggravated possession of drugs; trafficking in drugs; possession of heroin; possession of criminal tools; and three counts of misdemeanor endangering children.
Shelley Smith, 46, is charged with permitting drug abuse; aggravated possession of drugs and misdemeanor endangering children and a drug paraphernalia offense.
All three are scheduled to appear July 20 for arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

Three others were arrested Dec. 3, 2016, at a Telford Avenue house in Kettering: Daryl Crusoe and Michael Shephard on suspicion of probation violation and Amber West on drug-related charges. However, none of them were indicted in the case.
